MORE DDR!!

Workout...
MORNING, Mom and I worked out by doing a half-hour of DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION! FUN... We tried to add air punches to the dance. It was a little difficult, but made us sweat. We then did sit ups and streches.

Breakdown:
Bree:

Lower abs.........10
Leg lifts..............10 of each side
Stretch...............Legs mostly

Mom:
